Texas Part 2

After our lovely candle lit Valentine's evening, we woke up and had a yummy breakfast made by grandma Campos! She made Nick's favorite churizo y huevos! Delicious!!!!

Seth had a whole banana straight from the peel!

Then we all noticed Seth was missing and found him in the dog's cage pretending to go "night night" It was pretty funny. He went in there to help grandma feed the dogs and then went back to see them and proclaimed, "they're gone!!!" cute, cute!

I guess, whatever keeps you happy?

We also had some more surprise visitors. More cousins! Seth put himself in the doll stroller and everyone took turns pushing him around!

It was getting to be nap time and Seth was ready to get in the car and take a nap! We headed back to Houston for the last few days we were in town.

The day we headed home Seth was helping grandpa sweep the deck in the back yard. He was having a blast. This kid loves to be outside ... poor kid needs to move somewhere warm so he can play outside all year long!

We snapped a few pictures before heading off to the airport to head back to Utah! We had a lot of fun in Texas and hope to be able to head back there sometime this summer so we can do some of the fun things in the city!

ValenTIMES day in Texas

Well, we went to Texas for the holiday weekend to visit the Denzer side of the family. It was so nice to relax and enjoy a weekend away. We went to this BBQ place that actually wasn't that good, but Seth was so scared of this cow head on the wall. It was pretty hilarious.

This place made me really want Oklahoma Joes (anyone from Kansas will appreciate that) Give me my chicken Z-Man!

Our Valentine's Day was kind of broken up throughout the week. Nick and I went down into Houston on Saturday for a law fair and our Valentine's Date. We went to the Cheesecake Factory, can't go wrong there, and shopped around the Galleria Mall. It was really nice to not have to be embarrassed of your child in a restaurant and just enjoy each others company and the delicious food!

Nick finished off his meal with some Godiva Cheesecake which I had a bite of and it was pretty delicioso! For Valentine's Nick got me some yellow, red, pink, and orange roses and the movie "The Time Travelers Wife" which I love. Also he got me one of the Harajuku Girls fragrances. Lil' Angel .... smells sooo sooo good! What a cute husband I have.

Sunday morning we got up and ate breakfast and Seth got to open a few Valentine's from mom and dad. He's really got the hang of opening presents now!

He got some hot wheels, some Valentine's Peeps and a book that I made him to learn his ABC's.

He was pretty excited about the book. I put pictures of familiar people and things in for each letter and he loves naming them and seeing pictures of Mom and Daddy!

Then we headed up to San Antonio to visit some more of Nick's family. Seth was cute in the car before going crazy sitting in the same seat for 3 1/2 hours.

I just kept feeding him to keep him entertained. This is his Chee-Boe face!

Finally we got to San Antonio and went over to Tia Cindy's and Tio Memo's house for a fun BBQ family get together. Seth loved playing in their back yard and had a blast with his cousins (or whatever their technical relation is?)
Nick, Seth and cute little Ruben

Nick's cousin BFF Memo was there with his family too. It was fun to get to see everyone again. We hadn't seen these guys since our wedding 2 1/2 years ago!

Seth had a fun time meeting Memo and playing around in the back yard together.

It was a historic day for great-grandma and grandpa Campos. The first time they had all 4 grandkids with them at the same time. So we had to document the occasion even though grandma was having a hard time holding Seth and keeping him still. Also getting 4 little ones to smile at the same time proved a little challenging too!

Well, Seth had no problems finding the chocolate fountain! He LOVES chocolate!

Seth and Ruben took to each other so cute. Ruben was playing with him all afternoon and they were the cutest two little boys together. Bella also had a good time running around with them.

How cute are these two?

Saying bye bye! cute, cute!

We had a delicious BBQ thanks to Tio Memo and his fancy BBQ smoker. I'm serious, that sausage was the best thing I've eaten in a long time! AMAZING!!!!! It was so much fun to see everyone for Valentine's Day. Thanks for always making us feel welcome in San Antonio!

After getting back to Grandma Campos' house we had a shocking surprise! No electricity! It was pretty hilarious. A tree fell over and knocked the power out so we had no power all night. Who knew we were going to be so romantic for Valentine's Day? We had candle light dinner and all carried around flash lights. It was pretty hilarious and Seth was getting a major kick out of it. Luckily the power did come back on in the middle of the night so we were able to function in the morning! Good times!

This is a little video of Seth in the car being crazy on our way to San Antonio!

Our First Game of the Season

We went to the BYU v. Utah Basketball game Saturday night. Seth was decked out in BYU gear and had a blast! We went to the game with the Parry Family, which I just realized we are stupid and didn't get any pictures with them (especially our two little ones).

Seth was having a blast seeing all the people and being able to scream as loud as he wanted with out getting in trouble!

I should have taken a picture once the game actually started because it was 100% packed full! 22,000 people +
Crazy!!!

Daddy and Seth cheered for BYU the whole game! Seth was saying "GO!" and "YU" and "B" but he couldn't quite get the BYU together. He also would scream "Co Cougars" or something that sounded similar. He also started watching the fight sound and started catching on to the end, "rah, rah, rah ...." and would shake his fist and everything ... it was pretty cute!

Very into the "baka-ball" game!
His favorite part was clapping the whole time!

Towards the end I guess the loudness started getting to him. He kept plugging his ears when the crowd went crazy. (Like when the Utah player punched the BYU player in the face!)

After the game we hung out in the warm car for a while because of traffic. Nick an Seth played out in the snow flakes for a little while.

We won the game 82-69 and it was a really fun time! Go Cougars!

Seth loved looking up at the sky and seeing all the snow falling .... he was having a blast!

This is just a little video we took last weekend when we walked around the mall after eating at Red Robin. Seth wanted to ride in one of the play things, so we went with the rocket ship!
