Seth had so many events this past week. He had his 2-month birthday; which meant he had to get his first set of shots. Like I mentioned previously, I was so nervous for this to happen. It turned out that he screamed and was more upset when the dr. was checking him out than when he actually got the shots. It was more dramatic for me I think. They gave him two shots in each leg and an oral one as well .. too bad they all can't be something sweet they can eat. He screamed a few times and once I held him and cuddled him for a few minutes he settled down and he wasn't even crying when we left the office! It was a success!
Below is a picture of him when we got home from the dr. you can see his poor little legs with bandaids on them. What a trooper!
The next two days after the dr visit Seth had a fever, nothing too crazy though, and was just not quite himself. He was fussy and cranky and super sleepy! Here is the "little Hero" with his belly hanging over his pants ...
He just layed around during those few days and looked pretty much like this...he was worn out. Poor little guy just didn't feel good.
Then on Thursday was his official 2-month birthday, but also Aunt Chelsea's real birthday (hence the party hat). We went to Red Robin and then had cake at her apartment with some of her friends. Seth was all about the party hats!
Here's the birthday girl herself ...
The next big event of the week was Seth's first BYU football game! we decked him out in cougar blue and he was all about it. We didn't know how he was going to react to all the loud noise and everything else...but it turned out to be great!
It was a little cold at first so we bundled Seth in a little hoodie and he fell asleep on the walk to the stadium and stayed asleep for a while. Here's the proud papa with his son at the game!
Here's the little BYU family!
He finallt woke up and thought the game was fun....go cougars!
Back asleep...
Seth and Mommy watching the cougars destroy Wyoming!

On the walk home his hat kept falling over his eyes because it's way too big....but he thought it was pretty funny!
Here's a video of Seth attempting his first BYU fight cheer!!!!

Nate Goes to the MTC and Seth is a Stud
Well, on Wednesday we took Nick's brother Nate to the Missionary Training Center. He'll be there for three months learning the language and discussions and then he'll be off to Germany! He was really excited to get in there and get going. I'd never been to the "farewell" program at the MTC before so I found it interesting. I mean this is already a huge deal for mothers and family to say goodbye for 2 years ... but, they make it even more emotional! My mom is going to for sure be hysterical next year when we go through it with Taylor.
We've already heard from Nate, we got a letter in the mail the other day and we're sending him off his first package today! So below are some picture from the send off day! Seth is going to miss Uncle Nate :)

Seth is still trying to learn how to suck his thumb and it's pretty funny to watch. He's so determined to figure it out and tries over and over again until he gets it in there!
I'm not sure if you can really tell in this picture or not, but I did a funny thing on Saturday. I decided to put gel in Seth's hair! I gave him a sweet mo-hawk and I felt like a crazy mom immediately after ... but i've been wanting to give it a try and finally went for it ...
...and it's a good thing I did because he met a girl! Nick's friend and came down and went to the BYU game while the wifes and kids were left with the mommies. So, the mommies decided it would be fun to get some pictures!
Then, when the dad's got home they decided to try their own photo shoot. They tried to get them to hug and it didn't really work out ... Seth tried to give Cami a kiss and then got shut down! What can I say he's definately going to be a heart-breaker! :)
So, this is to date my favortie and most hilarious picture of Seth. He's giving the "i'm a stud smile" while flashing a peace sign! It just cracks me up! He finally fits into this cute little outfit my brother got him; so we dressed him up so handsome for church!
I think Seth is finally sleeping through the night. It's been about 5 or 6 days now that he's slept for 8 or more hours through the night. It's amazing how much of a better mood i'm in when I actually get sleep at night :)
Today I have to take Seth to the dr. for his 2 month check up, including 5 shots! I have to go by myself because Nick will be in class and i'm not excited. I know i'm going to cry and obviously Seth will be hysterical. I just hope I can keep it together so I don't look like a pathetic mom to the dr. Wish me luck :)

Family in Town and Seth's Baby Blessing
Well the last few weeks have been a little crazy, but fun to have family in town. My family has been here for a while and just left yesterday (Well, i guess just my parents left because everyone else officially lives in Provo now) Nick's family is still here and we are taking his brother Nate into the Missionary Training Center this afternoon. He's going to Germany!
One reason everyone was here at the same time is because we had Seth's baby blessing on Sunday. He was just a good boy and fell right asleep during the whole thing. He was such a happy boy all day too ... i'm pretty sure he loved the attention! Anyway, here are some of the latest pictures of seth.
This is our messy boy who has lately decided to wear is food all over himself and whoever is holding him! But the look on his face made me and Nick laugh so hard i had to capture it on film!
We recently put up Seth's little rain forest that a good friend of mine gave him. He loves playing in the jungle and listening to the music. It's pretty cute to watch!
Here's a close up on the chubby cheeks boy that is getting so so big!
Here's our little boy growing up so big so fast!
Aunt Danika holding Seth at this crazy Mexican restaurant in Provo that Nick loves to go to!
Daddy and Pookie playing on the couch. This past week Seth has started "talking" a ton ... especially to Nick. It's pretty cute!
So, next to his smiley face i love his frowny face. He only makes this face when he's getting ready to whine or fake cry ... which makes it that much more funny. So, i finally got a picture of it! :)
Here's Seth on his special day with Mommy! We were getting ready to take him to church in his cute little outfit.
What a fat kid smile! All of his chins are bunched up and he looks so funny!
Here's Daddy holding his little man....doesn't Seth look so handsome?
Here is the Denzer crew! Yes it was sunny ... as you can tell.
Here is our family! He was just such a good boy the whole day, it was great!
Here is the smiley boy. I was making him smile for like 10 minutes while camera flashes were going off galore!
This is my cousin Gemma holding Seth ... she really had fun playing with him at Grandma Larsen's house.
This week Seth also discovered his tougue. It's holarious to watch him play with it and try and suck on his thumb ... he hasn't quite figured that out yet.
Seth's baby blessing day was perfect. There were so many friends and family there that made it special for us. He was such a good boy and loved the attention. We had a great dinner up at Grandma Larsen's house with everyone and we had such a good time! :)

First Smiles Finally Caught on Camera
Seth is now 6 1/2 weeks old and I can't believe it. He's starting to get such a cute little personality and beginning to smile sooooo much! Its so cute ... we love to make him smile. He went through a phase last week where he didn't sleep well and would wake up screaming in the middle of the night ... that was lovely! But, now we're back to normal or so it seems. Grandma and Grandpa Wofford got him a rocking chair for his room, so now he falls asleep a little better. Anyway, here are some new picture of the little guy ...
Daddy and Seth ... he's wearing his "Dad's Team" outfit for probably the last time. He's getting a little too big for the newborn clothes now.
Grandma Wofford holding Seth while i hurried and finished eating my ice cream at Leatherby's in Salt Lake ... Yummy! But, pookie was hungry too!
Seth was smiling so cute and has been lately. However, everytime i try and catch it on camera he gets camera shy and stops smiling ... almost immediately after i pull the camera out. So, here is an almost smile ...
This is the face he usually pulls when i pull out the camera ... it's still pretty cute!
Here's mr. "Handsome" just chillin' on the couch ... check out his belly hanging over his pants!
Yeah, today ... just a few hours ago i finally caught a smile on camera!!! How cute are baby smiles? I just love to see him smile ... it's the best thing in the world!
And then again, the camera face right after ... but doesn't he just look like a little man? I can't help but be so happy when i see that face at 3 in the morning! :)
