Okay, so it wasn't Saturday, but that's how the song goes.
Anyway, Nick came home during the day one day last week and since it was a pretty nice day we took Seth to the park near our house. He had a ball! He's been dying to play outside for a while now, but it's just been too cold, windy and snowy.
Anyway, it was a much needed "family fun day"

When we were heading back to the car Seth found a Pine Cone under a tree and thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen!
He was pretty proud of himself for finding it!
On the way home we stopped for some gas and Nick decided we needed a car wash too. It was the first time Seth has been in one since he's been old enough to know what's going on.
He thought it was so cool! He watched very intently as each thing sprayed around the car. He was very impressed!

Thanks goodness for Spring Time ..... much needed and I can't wait until it's warm enough for flip flops and no coats!

Wow I can't believe how grown up he is now! He is a little boy now, and we haven't even been able to meet him! This has seemed like the longest winter ever! Parks are so much fun though! I am glad you got a fun family day!
ahhh flip flops sound so nice. it has been sunny here too - i wish i had a park close to go play at!
