Just to finish up a few more picture of our month in Utah (JUNE that is) I wanted to post some great pictures from one of Seth's new favorite games. Disney Headbands! We heard about it from my cousins Tim and Tanaya and thought it looked like too much fun, so we had to get in on it! We finally found the game and it was a crack up!
The best part was Seth's questions and hints. You could really see the wheels turning in his head and when he figured out who he was, he'd get so excited!
Aunt Chelsea was a great competitor in this game! haha
So, you'd think since grandpa had the easiest card in the deck, it would have been a piece of cake. We were all cracking up because he couldn't figure out he had Mickey Mouse ... it was a riot! But, grandpa was a good sport!
Grandma was hilarious at the game too. Of course, Seth's hints really helped people out. "She is a princess and her name is Snow ..." really narrows it down right?
Goofy was a very fitting card for this kid! Anyway, if you have little kids, or just act like one (like most of the people in our family) you should get this game ... it's a definite crowd pleaser!
While we were in Utah Shelby was starting to get herself all around FINALLY! She was scooting around on her Minnie Mouse car ...
Walking along the raining and finally crawling!
Her Diva side really started coming out too! Look at those eye lashes! How did we know this was a fake tantrum ...?
Because, this was her 2 seconds later! Yes, I'm a little nervous about her turning 13 and being a crazy teenager. (KARMA I guess!?)
Just before we left, Chelsea and Bryan had Seth over for a camp out in their back yard. Seth was so excited and couldn't hardly wait! They set up the tent, blew up the air mattresses, had snacks, watched The Incredibles on a laptop in the tent with popcorn ... I mean, It was pretty much heaven for this kid!
Shelby and I stopped by to check things out ... she was a little disappointed she couldn't stay, maybe next time!
Seth had a blast ... thanks Chelsea and Bryan for all the fun you had with Seth this summer!
Along with Shelby's getting around, she also kept sneaking to play the piano. She would get the biggest kick out of it.
Seth thought it was too funny!
Maybe we have a child prodigy on our hands? At least we know she likes music!
That wraps up our month in Utah! It was so much fun to be with my grandparents for so long and that the kids got to spend some time in Utah with everyone. We loved seeing so much of Chelsea and Bryan, and getting to hang out with lots of friends! Hopefully, it won't be too long before we make it back there again!
Next up, Kansas Trip!
